  • Who owns the CRM instance and all its data once it has been installed?
The CRM platform is property of the vendor, however you retain ownership of all your data. We work with all the major CRM vendors in the world.
  • How long will it take for my CRM instance to go live?
We can get your new CRM instance up and running within 5 business days. Any delays in this timeline will be contingent upon how swiftly you provide us with the initial questionnaire and business process information and how quickly you review our work and provide feedback.
  • Can I use a different CRM hosting company?
Yes, for new CRM deployments, you have the option to host your CRM on your own premises or with a hosting provider. However, we advise against hosting your own instance since maintaining hardware, backups, and keeping the CRM updated can be challenging. This is why we partner with the best to ensure your CRM instance runs smoothly. Self-hosting or using another CRM hosting provider may also be more expensive due to the complexities involved in installation and maintenance.
